General Information

This website is owned and operated by Jacsee Enterprise ("C7 Smoothies"). Your access to, and use of, the materials on this website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of the website following any change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

To register an account you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. You must ensure that the details you provide on registration are correct and complete, and inform us of any changes by updating your personal details.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website for any of the following purposes:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Transmitting material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence or otherwise breaches any relevant laws.
  • Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems.
  • Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the website.
  • Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of copyright-protected material without the permission of the owner.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use any of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Orders and Delivery

Pre-orders for our smoothies, available in three flavours, must be placed by 4 PM to be produced on the next kitchen day. We deliver Monday to Saturday and do not deliver on Sundays. Customers can buy individual bottles or a bundle, with delivery available across selected areas of the Klang Valley.

Delivery is made to the address specified on your completed order, to the main entrance of that address, within selected areas of the Klang Valley. Delivery times are agreed with you when you place your order. All goods must be received by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Refunds

If you receive faulty, damaged or different goods, you may hand the item back to the rider at the time of delivery for a refund. A refund must be requested within 2 hours of the goods arriving, by email with an image as proof. Refund requests are processed within seven (7) working days and completed no later than fourteen (14) working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change a current order up to 10 PM on the same ordering day. After the order has been compiled, starting 10 PM, no cancellation can be honoured.

Liability

This website is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings or data, arising out of or related to this website, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Malaysia.
